The report considers the problem of development of MOSS Marine semisubmersible drilling platform building technology. Platform hull is a complex structure with significant dimensions. At that, production conditions did not allow to form the whole hull on building berth, so there was a necessity to develop the technology of assembly afloat. All his made the task extremely complex and required the scientifically valid approach.

PRACTICAL ALGORITHM OF LOAD FORECASTING ON   THE INTERNAL CONSTRUCTIONS OF TANKERS AT DEFLAGRATION OF AIR-GAS MIXTURES

Aung Myo Win, O.Ya. Timofeev
State Marine Technical University of St.PeterburgIn the article physical bases of deflagration and the practical algorithm of load forecasting on the internal constructions of tankers at deflagration of air-gas mixtures is described. Also calculation model for deflagration of methane is stated. Adjustment of current load on the constructions of the tank is executed depending on the sizes of destruction zones. Adjustment is realized with the help of the program "ANSYS".

A procedure of integrity monitoring for the case then diagnostic information is contained in the form of evidences and a posterior probabilities. Given the necessary a prior information each evidence is characterized by probabilities of right and wrong decisions, next the data fusion is realized by Bayes rule. Given the nonprecision information about the evidences properties the artificial intelligence method is proposed through the basic probabilities assignment.

New principle of cancellation of the additive vibrational noise disturbances distorting the signals of the velocity field transducers is formulated. The principle is the basis of formation of the transducer systems potentially immune to vibration. It is shown that the use of the vibration-proof transducer systems installed on the vibrating carriers of hydrophysical instrumentation leads to an increase in the efficiency of indication of the turbulent areas in the marine medium
Key words vibrational noise, vibration-proof transducer system, turbulent areas in the marine medium

This paper describes an original high-order panel method for analysis of cavitating propeller and rudder. The main feature of the developed method is fully correct mathematical formulation in the both cases of non-cavitating and cavitating flow, and direct satisfaction of Kutta-Jowkovski condition applying a specially modified trailing edge . A simplified approach for estimation of the pressure on rudder in the wake behind propeller is discussed. The results of the numerical/experimental verification are presented

FGUP "CSRI" Morphyspribor "
A comparative evaluation of the results of calculation of the signal to noise ratio in the frequency ranges for the famous fall of the spectrum and the results of experimental studies with surface ship noise emissions. We present graphical dependence and statistical estimates obtained in the wild at different distances when receiving the signal of the stationary system in an isotropic noise field. It is shown that the results of calculations differ from the sonar practice, because of the ratio of coherent and incoherent components of the field during the propagation of noise emissions.
