Maritime activities and globalization are a few of the main factors of the world’s stability. Navy is a sort of a “long hand” of the government and unique tool of our active foreign policy. The Russian Navy is integrating into the international safety model in the waters step by step. However, nowadays we need to work on some of the issues in the Navy. For example:

  • inconsistency between declared asymmetrical ways of the Navy development\use and desire to save the fleet as it used to be during the tsars’ times
  • lack of long-term program of the fleet development and shipbuilding that would be backed up by the laws and would have guaranteed financing
  • principal change of the interaction between the Navy and the industry.
  • shipbuilding normative-technical base

It also necessary to use new technology and forms of cooperation for the Russian civil shipbuilding.

Key words: maritime activities, shipbuilding, civil shipbuilding.

Over a number of years the extension of assigned reliability measures of shipboard equipment and extension of service lifetime of submarines are carried out on submarines being repaired at shipyards, technically renewed at ship-repair plants, or in their main bases with no decommissioning.
Taking into account the current trend of increasing of observed life of shipboard systems and equipment a lot more than those assigned in design documentation, so service maintenance system should be an integral part of submarine safe operation process.
At present “Naval Ships and Vessels. Procedure of Service Maintenance during their Operation” document is being developed by NIPTB “Onega”, SC “Zvezdochka” and JSC “USC”.
To provide reliable and safe operation of submarines out of their assigned lifetime, the lifetime extending actions are observed in this article.

ABOUT MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS OF MAINTAINABILITY AT DESIGNING

Buchkin V. A., Bokatova A. A., JSC «51 CKTIS»
tel./faks: 315-49-45
e-mail: n_bokatova@mail.ru

As a principle of this article is the meeting the requirements of maintainability at designing. The ship which has served its time and reached the end of its service life before repair, loses reliability of its components and is not capable to carry out the functions. Their restoration can be provided with repair of the ship, instead of building new one, that is economically effective. And the better the ship “is adapted” to repair (more maintainable), the more this effect is.

Key words: maintainability, designing, maintainability at designing.

COMPLEX SOLUTION OF MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENT QUESTIONS – A NECESSARY CONDITION OF PRODUCTION QUALITY ASSURANCE OF TECHNICALLY COMPLICATED MARINE EQUIPMENT ON THE WAY OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISES

Tertyshnik Y. A., IBS

Production quality of complicated marine equipment in many respects is determined by design quality of activity processes of the enterprise issuing it. Regulation of all processes of the enterprise is in compliance with international standards of ISO series.

However, inspite of introduction of Material control system required for effectiveness of bussiness processes of the eneterprise and finally quality assurance of produced products, ISO certification is not sufficient.

As a solution is suggested to use automated management systems of resources of the enterprise (EBR systems), ready-built for modular approach. At the same time is guaranteed integrated operation of all modules for all bussiness processes of the enterprise.

Key words: quality management system, EBR systems, bussiness processes.

Vibration and sound are created by ships machines and mechanisms. Researches of them and practical conclusions on the base of these researches are necessary for perfecting of antennas. Accumulated during decades vibration-acoustic knowledge describe physics of processes and give understanding of the main mechanisms of sound and vibration generation.

On the current stage it is necessary to have quantative data for concrete constructions. There is an analytical decision. With the help of a software complex ANSYS it is necessary to get numerical meanings of vibration force which influence a shipboard antenna, and then to carry out researches of the antenna work in a field of vibration interference.

Key words: vibration and sound; an analytical decision; a field of vibration interference; software complex ANSYS.
