Intelligent interface during analysis and forecasting of complex situation dynamics

The organization of the intelligence interface in a task of acceptance of the decisions on management of a ship in conditions of an intensive icing is discussed. The program realization of system «Operator – IS» provides effective interaction of the operator with the computer program in an interactive mode on the basis of methods of the analysis and interpretation of the information contained in base of knowledge.
