The issues of  project analysis of the most important of fishing vessel – load capacity and stability, the system displayed the design equations. It is considered a variety of account maintenance situations of fishing vessels and unusual combination of capacity and mass of fuel in their deadweight. The structure of  the equation capacity based on the study of the layout data of specific ships. In equation initial stability determined by the rational values of normative values and reflected communication with the requirement of stability curve and conditions ensure a smooth roll.

CJC «TRANZAS»

This article is dedicated to the problem of information support system for decision-makers on ships basing on the information of its two-parts operating: technical sub-systems of the ship and members of crew. We offer a method to calculate an effectiveness of ship’s operation by system evaluation of indices of these parts. Also we review various questions of prevention of sub-system accidents and realization of information support systems by creating complexes of controls of ship sub-system effectiveness and effectiveness of its crew.

Key words: effectiveness, information support, crew, system approach, decision.

The results of dynamic tests of pipe steel are shown. The diagrams of deformation and limiting parameters of fracture of materials are built for impact tension and curving. The estimation of dynamic ultimate strengths and durability of the fractures are given. The calculations are carried out for three experimental schemes of a dynamic loading and types is model: a tension of a smooth cylindrical sample, tension of a cylindrical sample with a ring incision and three-dot curving of a beam with a V-figurative excision.

Key words: a pipe steel; dynamic tests; parameters of the fracture; durability of the fractures.

The influence of initial imperfections on flexural vibrations of infinitely long circular cylindrical shell is studied.

The analysis is based on the nonlinear equations of the shallow shell theory. The modal equations are obtained by the Bubnov – Galerkin method. Periodical solutions are found by the Krilov – Bogolyubov method.
It is shown, that the initial imperfections split a flexural frequency spectrum slightly and result in interaction of flexural vibrations of the shell with radial ones. Backbone curves corresponding to two one-mode responses of shell motion and response of running wave also shift to the lowest frequency area.

Key words: circular cylindrical shell, initial imperfections, splitting of the flexural frequency spectrum.

The mathematical model based on equations of the theory shallow shells, was made more precisely. It is revealed, that the initial imperfections are responsible for interaction between flexural and radial vibrations of the shell.  Flexural frequency spectrum is split a little, and fundamental frequency is decreased in comparison with the ideal shell.

Key words: circular cylindrical shell, initial imperfections, splitting of the flexural frequency spectrum.
